Mission Statement

Mission of the Friends of Fayette Historic Townsite

The mission of the Friends of Fayette Historic Townsite is to further the interpretation of Fayette Historic Townsite through signs, interpretive displays, and the like, and to raise awareness of the Townsite through advertising, special events, the internet, and similar means.  The corporation is organized exclusively for the purpose of receiving and administering funds for charitable, educational and scientific purposes as described in Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (or the corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue Law)(the “Code”).
